Bryan Kramer oversees our technical processes with zero deviations from Trakmall culture and allowable tolerances. He is the watchdog over compliance directly reporting to the CEO Isaac Trawick. He organizes and monitors all technical activities for various projects and ensures compliance with all objectives and executes appropriate budgets minimizing variances yet not undermining qualities. He coordinates with various staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
He also drives Trakmall lean processes ensuring optimal utilization of all Trakmall resources to increase growth and develop innovative ways of doing things.
Bryan brings on board over 10 years of work experience in the customer service area.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Child Development Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Allegheny College, USA.
He speaks fluently in both English and French languages.
He is the Coordinator at Trakmall Incorporated.
